This surgery has excellent staff/ patient relations. The reception team are always friendly, helpful and understanding. When there are delays in appointment times staff always do their best to slot patients in The nursing team are always cheerful, thorough and careful with treatment of patients. The Doctors are understanding and helpful and well informed on medical matters. Our family always in good hands in this practice

I have been a patient at Courtyard Surgery for many years under the care of Dr Mark Chopin and have always had excellent care even though I have had some complicated conditions.He always answers my questions and nothing seems to much trouble for him

All of the staff at the courtyard surgery are very welcoming and considerate. I have seen two Doctors at the surgery, Doctor Barrows and Doctor Chopin. They are both helpful, caring and informative when discussing the reason for my appointment. The treatment is explained and reassurance given regarding the health issue concerned. I always leave the practice feeling satisfied with the attention and treatment that I have received.

Our GP is Dr Chopin. He is very approachable, very considerate, very thorough and explains his diagnoses clearly. Probably the best GP we have ever had! Nurses and reception staff are efficient and helpful. Location of the surgery is ideal. We are very satisfied with all aspects of the Courtyard Surgery.
